How to get there:
St Cecile-les-Vignes is situated approximately 10 minutes north of Avignon, which has an international airport flying daily to and from the UK, and has a train station which is served by Euro Star from London and the fast TGV trains with frequent, daily departures to Paris.
The net guarantee rental income is 5 % paid quarterly and net of the following costs: * Condominium expenses * Management fees * Local tax * Electricity and eating expenses * Replacement of furniture if necessary, * Overall upkeep of the property
You can of course use the apartment as much as you want but your income will be adjusted accordingly. For one week you will have a 25% reduction of the going rate. This will be deducted from your rental income.
